Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Del Toro box, ensuring all dust bags and protective materials are included before sealing the outer shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
